Shellfish
Red king crab
Paralithodes camtschaticus
Finnmark king crab, live or frozen clusters. Small quota, high value, and the tightest logistics of anything we handle.

Red king crab is taken in a quota-regulated fishery in eastern Finnmark and is among the highest-value products Norway exports per kilo. Live crab travels by air in oxygenated boxes with a survival window measured in hours, not days, and any delay in customs or ground handling is a total loss rather than a quality downgrade.
Frozen clusters are the practical choice for most buyers: cooked, brine-frozen and glazed, sold on cluster weight. Declared glaze percentage is where most disputes start, so we require net-of-glaze weight on every offer we pass on.
