For suppliers
For Norwegian producers and exporters
We bring you specified demand, not enquiries. Every request that reaches you has already been through an agent: species, form, size class, packing, volume, destination, Incoterm and document requirements are settled before you are asked for a price. You quote once, against a specification that will not change halfway through.
Registration
What we need before you receive requests
This is a verification, not a form. We check the approval number against Mattilsynet’s register and each certificate against its issuing body, and we record the expiry dates so we can tell a buyer honestly when an audit is due.
- 01
Company and establishment
Legal name, organisation number, establishment approval number, and the physical addresses of every site the product passes through.
- 02
Approvals and certificates
Current certificates with scope and expiry date. A certificate covering one site does not cover a sister plant, and we register them separately.
- 03
Products and capacity
Species, forms, size classes, packing formats, and realistic weekly capacity per format — not peak capacity on a good week.
- 04
Commercial terms
Incoterms you quote, currencies, payment terms you accept, and the markets you already hold export documentation for.
How an offer works
What we ask you to state
An offer that omits any of these cannot be compared, and we will come back for it rather than pass it on incomplete. Being asked twice is worse for both of us than stating it once.
