One request. Comparable offers.
The fields below are the ones a supplier needs in order to quote precisely. Fill in what you know — or use the quick request and an agent completes the rest with you before the request goes out. Nothing is distributed until the specification is unambiguous, because a vague request produces offers that cannot be compared.

What a complete request contains
Six fields make a request quotable: species, product form, size or weight band, packing, volume per delivery, and the destination with the Incoterm you want the price on. A request missing any of them comes back as a question instead of an offer, and that costs a day in each direction while the market moves.
You do not need all six to start. Fill in what is settled, and an agent completes the rest with you before anything goes out: trim level and pin bone status for fillets, grade for whole fish, weight basis and glaze for frozen product, and the certificates the destination requires. Nothing reaches a supplier until the specification reads the same way to every one of them.
